OSET CUP NORTH ROUND 1 DOB PARK 15.4.2023
The sun was shining but it was a cold morning at DOB PARK where 36 OSET RIDERS took on ROUND 1 of OSET CUP NORTH 2023. Six sections were marked out by Carl Batty in a mainly wooded area where finding grip was the order of the day. Carl was in a good mood as the sections proved to be spot on. Just enough of a challenge to get the season kicked off.
We had all the sections covered for observers which was great and this helped the event run smoothly. All the parents mucked in to help out. We once again had a few first timers to OSET CUP NORTH which is great to see. They all had a fantastic time and have all promised to be back for future events.

As always the atmosphere was electric. I was observing on section six waiting for the riders to come round and I could hear the shouts and whoops of encouragement across the wood. Smiling faces is the name of the game and little Rocco McVitie below is a prime example of what it is all about.
You cannot beat that for a thank you for all the work that goes into the events. 10 Years of OSET CUP NORTH and we are still going introducing new riders to our sport.
