MOTO 3 rider, John McPhee picked up his new OSET 24.0R at Moto GP this weekend. The Scottish rider, who previously enjoyed an OSET 20.0R received the upgrade in front of a packed crowd at Day of Champions.
The young Scot, said: “I absolutely rode the legs off the OSET 20.0R and it just kept going – a brilliant bike! I’ve had so much fun on the smaller model, I can’t wait to give the OSET 24.0 a go. I literally rode it off the stage and round to the OSET area straight away!
“For me, they’re an ideal practice, fun bike. I come from a dirt bike background so to get back on one that’s loads of fun and no hassle is ideal – the most difficult part is getting the smile off my face!”
John is backed by the Racing Steps Foundation, a not-for-profit fund supporting the best of upcoming British motorsport talent. He races for the British Talent Team on a works Honda NSF RW
250cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke as #17. Clearly thriving, McPhee enjoyed brilliant consecutive second place finishes in Qatar and Argentina before he fought his way through from 19th on the grid to third in Assen.
