OSET SUPPORTS BRITISH WORLD TRIALS ROUND

There are just three days to go before the world’s best trials riders roll up to Tong in Bradford for the British World Trial. OSET Bikes, a headline sponsor of the event , is preparing for the arrival of over 50 OSETs for its Saturday night trial.

Entries are now closed for the eight section, 3 lap course that is being plotted and taped out this week.  Two youth trials will start at 5.30pm on the Friday and Saturday night.  There will be four different routes, catering for beginners through to British National level riders.

OSET would encourage spectators to stick around…see if you can spot the next Toni Bou, Adam Raga or James Dabill!

Dominic Horne and Myles Hutchinson will each be showcasing the prototype OSET 24.0 over the elite blue course.  These bikes will be available at the end of the year.

Ian Smith, founder of OSET Bikes, said: “We’re really happy with the setup of the new OSET 24.0”

Dominic and Myles have ridden the bikes to podium finishes at every national round they’ve competed in.

Ian added: ”We’ll have two separate models available and we believe that they’re the ideal bike to step up into the D-class and C-class medium wheeled courses.  The larger bike retains the nimbleness of the OSET 20.0R, while allowing the older rider to continue developing skills and techniques that they can transfer onto a petrol powered machine once they  are physically stronger.

“We don’t believe in either/or when it comes to petrol vs electric.  We think they complement each other well and also make a great practice bike you can use in the back garden for practice without annoying the neighbours.”

OSET’s Oliver Smith will be competing in the 125s on the OSET PR1.  Be sure to look out for him and cheer him on.

See you there!
